Still think DJI has a solid comeback strategy suing the Federal Communications Commission?

Still think DJI has a solid comeback strategy suing the Federal Communications Commission? I almost feel bad as the #CCP invested a lot of money in developing an admittedly good product. A solid solution, and the veritable cornerstone of the commercial and military small unmanned aircraft ecosystem, was ultimately brought down by the collective hubris of rank amateurs.

Sure, there is no denying that some of those guys got paid 很多钱 (hěn duō qián). And having to count all of the Chairman’s Chedda constantly might have caused bouts of clinical distraction, and could possibly be the root cause of forgetting to mention on the Congressional lobbying declarations that they were agents for a Chinese company? Or even later, the totality of what was on the DJI company servers? I’m no doctor, but I do post on X, so considering the severity of the affliction, I’m going with anything is plausible.

Put yourself in their situation: these people have jobs and positions that provide significant, easy money and excessive benefits with little to no effort. It’s not like the “stuff” doesn’t sell itself! There is total saturation of drone video in the media and in advertisements for everything from cat litter to pizza. So, with tons of goodwill and throngs of cheerleaders, how on God’s green earth did these buffoons wreck DJI’s multibillion-dollar market?

It really is a crying shame that all that quality engineering and compulsory labor went right out the window net because of a toy-grade PR strategy.
