Horizon Aerospace Technologies is the world leader in airborne Sat Phone monitoring systems for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) applications, equipping governments worldwide by enhancing their SIGINT capabilities. We are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the FlyingFish™  BlackFish™ SIGINT systems which are in operation on numerous platforms worldwide. We participate daily in SAR missions via NATO and FRONTEX in the Mediterranean Sea, and are heavily involved in international operations around the Globe.

Our BlackFish products are UK dual-use COTS products and subject to UK export control. BlackFish is now in full production and being delivered, with even more advanced capabilities, to our customers. These capabilities include tactical mission software which allows BlackFish to be integrated into any tactical mission system; just like any other sensor. In addition, our transformational Xtender product in now in production, and is an affordable solution turning small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) into powerful SIGINT platforms.

Horizon Space Technologies is the prime contractor for the UK Government CubeSat SIGINT AMBER™ program. The AMBER Program will consist of AMBER CubeSats in multiple orbital planes providing global Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) data to NMIC (led by the Royal Navy). The AMBER constellation will geolocate, and demodulate the following RF signals:

• Automatic Identification System (AIS)
• S/X-Band Vessel Radars
• L-Band Sat Phones
• GNSS/GPS Spoofing
• LRIT
• BGAN

Horizon Technologies is a UK small business with our headquarters, and our operations facility in Reading, Berkshire. Together with subcontractors, we employ over one hundred people in the UK, and are a proud member of ADS.
